Love the post Stef. Natural reaction talaga ng most Christians is to keep running, or fighting, whichever helps forget. This is a very good reminder to fight that urge though.

"God reveals Himself to be with you still, will keep you wherever you may go and will not leave you until His work is finished with you."

True. The Story of the Bible is the Story of God. It is really all about him, revealing himself to unworthy and undeserving sinners. The story of our life is the story of God pursuing us, molding us into his image and accomplishing his purpose in the world through us.

I'm awake by 5am, but I have to prep G's brekki and all that. You're welcome to come over :D I'll make you a smoothie and we can share the cold morning air out back. Or out front. ;p

Seriously, I'm a bit surprised when I heard you were 'giving up' some responsibilities. Yet at the same time, it was a relief because honestly, you were like committing suicide through ministry. Seriously.

Just like the 'middling' topic that you wrote, I think part of that crossroad is the uncertainty. The what ifs. The what could be's.

I hope and pray that you can overcome this current struggle, and turn your what-ifs into why-nots ^_^

And when things really get too unclear, maybe God is just reminding you to be that child again who cries for her Father, seeking His assuring hand, and smiling as He takes you in His comforting arms.

Keep Godspotting!

"My greatest fear is being a permanent potential, having a great promise that is never fulfilled. Much like a lot of my essays and stories that are never finished or routines started that just never caught on."

I can relate to this. A LOT.

I've tried this last semester with me and Anderson waking up early to meet for morning prayer and sleep at 9pm and 10pm the latest. It was really nice and we did it for a month until our world got busier and busier. So we eventually can't sleep so early anymore. Just expect to be sooooo sleepy already by 9pm especially if you don't nap in the afternoon. It is a nice idea though and I agree with the benefits for your body and health ;)
